Add Outlet To Existing Circuit

Choose an existing outlet in an adjoining room that is close to the place where you would like to add the new outlet.

Could you tell me if the installation of the second outlet was done correctly on the existing circuit. Rewire the existing electrical outlet connect the wires of the new cable to the existing wires.
